Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

Supreme Court has taken a suo motu cognisance of the incident in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh, where a government official was shot dead yesterday, while executing court's order. Terming the incident as extremely serious, the apex court said the government official had gone there to implement court's orders.

The court said it might stop passing order if people are going to be killed.
The Apex Court said the matter be placed before the Chief Justice of India and requests CJI to list the matter for consideration tomorrow.
