Exclusive data shows large gap between Canadian and U.S. refineries on pollution

Never before revealed data shows Canadians refineries emitted far more of certain key pollutants compared to the US average. The government has known about this for more than 15 years and has convened two working groups to fix it – but the gap persists and in some cases, has gotten worse. Carolyn Jarvis investigates.
