The Dover Public Library, 525 N. Walnut St., will offer free cellphone and tablet help from 11 a.m. to noon May 5.
Rob Basso, of CPR Cell Phone Repair in Dover, will answer questions. No registration is required, and people can stop in at any time.
The program also will be offered June 2.
