A Deed Writerand a Clerkposted at the sub registry office in Barandistrict were arrested for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 30,000 by the Anti CorruptionBureau (ACB), a top Officialsaid today.

The duo were sent to 14 days' judicial custody by the ACB court in Kota, the ASP said.
The Businessmanhad recently got his shop registered under his wife's name, he said, adding that the accused demanded the bribe for issuing a copy of the registry papers, following which Mahajan approached the ACB yesterday morning.
A trap was laid after verifying the complaint.
The accused had asked the Businessmanto meet them on the tehsil office premises, where the sub registry office was also located, Gogawat said.
ACB sleuths already deputed at the spot nabbed them as soon as they accepted the money, he said, adding that the bribe amount was recovered in full.
No other valuables or significant documents were recovered from their residences during a search operation, Gogawat added.
