Police have recovered four Cavoodle puppies allegedly stolen from a Camberwell pet store on Saturday night. They were found in Glen Iris last night. A 40-year-old Glen Iris man is helping police with inquiries.

Hazy days
It's going to be hazy today after scheduled burnoffs. People throughout the city are reporting the smell of smoke lingering in the air. Tony in Frankston told radio station 3AW the smell was "overbearing".

Crime scene at Berwick
The death in Berwick happened at a rooming house, according to 3AW's Pat Mitchell.
Berwick death
A man is dead and a woman has been stabbed after a brawl in Melbourne's south-east last night.
Police were called to the house on Wilson Street in Berwick about 10pm. The man was treated for injuries but died a short time later. The woman has non-life threatening stab wounds.
Police arrested three people nearby. They're being interviewed while homicide detectives examine the scene.
