U.S. Dermatology Partners (“USDP”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Trinity Dermatology (“Trinity”). With a single location in Carrollton, Texas and five board-certified physicians on staff, the partnership extends USDP’s market-leading position with more than 35 physicians in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and over 100 in the state of Texas. U.S. Dermatology Partners is a physician-owned, dermatology-focused practice management organization.

Founded in 1990, Trinity Dermatology has been caring for the residents of Carrollton, Texas for almost three decades. The practice offers a diverse range of medical and cosmetic dermatology treatments and together its five physicians have more than fifty years of dermatology experience.

Mark Ray, MD, FAAD is the founder of Trinity Dermatology, where he has been in practice since 1990. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and continued his training with an Internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Ray completed his Dermatology Residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and has served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School of Dallas since 2005. In addition, Dr. Ray is a Preceptor at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Jon Pruett, MD, FAAD attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1993. He then served on active duty for five years in the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1998. That same year, Dr. Pruett entered medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. He graduated from medical school with honors in 2002 and was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha. After one year of Internal Medicine training at Exempla Saint Joseph's Hospital in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Pruett went on to complete his Dermatology Residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Dr. Pruett joined Trinity Dermatology in July 2006 and his professional interests include skin cancer detection and surgical treatment, acne, psoriasis and cosmetic procedures including Botox®, filler agents and laser procedures. He is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Lisa Guidry Pruett, MD, FAAD attended the Louisiana State University School of Medicine where she was inducted into LSU’s chapter of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at LSU’s Charity Hospital and her Dermatology Residency at LSU in Shreveport and New Orleans. Dr. Pruett moved to Dallas in 2009 when she married her husband, Jon, who she practices with at Trinity Dermatology. She enjoys all facets of dermatology, including medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Pruett is board-certified and a member of both the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

J. Kevin Pidkowicz, DO, MPH, FAAD provides medical and surgical dermatological services including the treatment of skin cancers, rashes, infections, acne, hyperpigmentation, eczema, psoriasis, and more for adults, teens, and children. He obtained his medical degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete an internship at Oakland Naval Hospital in Oakland, Calif., a family practice residency at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in Camp Pendleton, Calif., and a dermatology residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego. Dr. Pidkowicz is a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served as a Medical Officer at posts around the world, including La Maddalena in Sardinia, off the coast of Italy; at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Rota, Spain; and at bases in Yuma, Arizona; Ft. Meade, Maryland; Camp Pendleton, California; and San Diego, California. His expertise as a board-certified Dermatologist has been called upon by service members all over the world. Dr. Pidkowicz also served our nation's military as a Dermatologist with the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, and as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the University of Arizona.

William Miller, MD, MPH, FAAD attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he graduated with honors and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. During medical school, he completed a Master’s in Global Health at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, and a Master’s in Public Health at the University of Texas where he was elected into the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health. Dr. Miller completed his three-year Dermatology Residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and his practice includes general medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. He is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
