Statewide water shortages put PWD on backfoot

Shortage of water in various constituencies in Goa has put pressure on PWD Minister Sudin Dhavlikar making him defensive.Sudin has said a new water treatment plant at Opa that will be inaugurated in August will solve the water problem of many areas.PWD Minister Sudin Dhavlikar visited Opa Water Treatment Plant along with Engineers and Officials at Opa.
