BOYS' TRACK & FIELD: Diman's javelin team second at State Relays

Diman Regional's javelin team of Zachary Poitras, Ryan Lesieur and Topher Frank took second place over the weekend at the State Division 3 Relays at North Reading High School.

The trio combined to throw 121.30 meters.

Diman's 4x400 team of James Vacanti, Frank, Collin Melo and Evan Vasconcellos medaled with a sixth-place 3:40.

Somerset Berkley Regional earned one place at the State Division 3 Relays.

Kyle Murphy, Cam Cunningham and Zack Reeve combined to take fifth place in the javelin. Their team distance was 114.64 meters.
