A 56-year-old Bosnian coach and former footballer Zeljko Buvac who currently works at Liverpool might be seen as next coach. During his playing days, he has seen in attacking midfield, beginning his career in his homeland. Buvac gained a move to Germany in 1991, joining Rot-Weib Erfurt before being snapped up by Mainz a year later. He has played three seasons with the club beside Jurgen Klopp in the team. In 1995, Buvac signed the contract with SC Neukirchen, and after three years he changed management and took over the German outfit. After seven years at Mainz, “the brain” and Klopp enjoyed seven successful years at Borussia Dortmund. Buvac then followed Klopp to Liverpool in October 2015, and only yesterday did the Reds confirm he would take a leave of absence until the end of the season for “personal reasons”.
