Out of control

Sir — This refers to the editorial,  “Watch your mouth” (April 30). It would be prudent for all those who matter in the BJP, including the Prime Minister, to talk less and work more. The more the members indulge in talk, the more they spit venom, much to the detriment of the party. If they do not exercise control over their tongue, they may naturally lose control on themselves, with the result that the  party will lose control in various States. Leaders are elected to govern the States and not to give sermons to the people. If absolute power is the reason for the leaders to indulge in bad-mouthing, well, they can expect ‘shocks’ sooner than later.
