PALMA DE MALLORCA – The multinational corporation Lopesan Hotel Group and Roiback, specialist and leader in the management of the hotel’s direct channel sales, have signed a collaboration agreement to optimize the hotel group's sales through the direct channel, one of the most strategic for the company.
A total of 21 hotels in the Canary Islands, Germany, Austria and the Dominican Republic are already benefiting from this new partnership with Roiback thanks to the implementation of Roiback's powerful booking engine (BackHotel 4.5) on its corporate website (www.lopesan.com). Another of the services offered in the agreement is the improvement of the traffic capture strategy through advanced integration with the most important meta search engines worldwide.
The integration of the booking engine facilitates the web user's decision to purchase since it brings with it important improvements that simplify its use. During the brief and flexible booking process (in only 3 steps), the page shows a calendar with the availability per hotel as well as alternative dates in case the rooms are occupied on the selected days. It also offers options in other hotels of the chain based on the user's previous searches such as the location, star category or services.
Furthermore, Lopesan Hotel Group has announced the creation and implementation of a website for the group’s new hotel project that is currently being developed in the tourist area of Playa Bavaro, in the Dominican Republic. With a 5 star category and more than 1,000 rooms, the future Lopesan Costa Bavaro resort will be the chain’s first hotel that is marketed under the Lopesan brand in this country. Although it will not open its doors until the summer of 2019, they are already promoting attractive offers through this website.
