NEW PHILADELPHIA A Cleveland-area man has entered a not guilty plea to a charge he engaged in sexual conduct with a 13-year-old.
Alexander Rosenkranz, 19, of Parma Heights, was arraigned Thursday before Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Judge Elizabeth Lehigh Thomakos.
Unlawful sexual conduct is a fourth-degree felony punishable by up to 18 months in prison.
A pretrial conference has been scheduled for May 21.
