Man Utd news: Gary Neville wants Tottenham's Mauricio Pochettino to replace Jose Mourinho
MANCHESTER UNITED legend Gary Neville wants Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino to replace Jose Mourinho when he leaves the club.
Neville claims Pochettino is the man who deserves to take the Old Trafford hotseat more than anyone.
The Argentine is yet to win a trophy at Tottenham but is set to lead them into the Champions League for the third successive season.
Neville believes he is overachieving at Spurs and is getting the absolute maximum from his players.
The pundit wants Mourinho to stay at United for at least another three years and win the Premier League title.

But when the day comes for Mourinho to leave, Neville says Mauricio Pochettino would be perfect for the job.
“When Jose Mourinho’s time is finished at Manchester United, whether that’s one years, two years, I hope it’s three years and I hope he wins multiple Premier League titles because I think he’s a fantastic manager, but this is the guy I would want to manage the football club I support," Neville said on Sky Sports.
“I think he’s the guy who deserves it.
“It’s probably the same for Paris Saint-Germain, it’s probably the same for Real Madrid.

“He is a big in a sense that if he leaves it will be an issue for Tottenham.
“He is extracting the maximum from very limited resources.”
