PITTSTOWN - A Johnsonville man was arrested on Route 67 on Sunday for allegedly driving while intoxicated, New York State Police said.

Michael G. Hough, Jr., 33, had a blood alcohol content of .23 percent, about three times the legal limit. He was charged with aggravated DWI, a felony.

He was released to a third party from the Brunswick barracks and is scheduled to appear at Town of Pittstown Court.
