including the 2017 Annual Financial Report

SMCP SA announces the publication of its 2017 Registration Document (Document de Référence 2017) including the annual financial report for the 2017 fiscal year, registered by the French Financial Markets Authority, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 27, 2018, under number R.18-034.

The 2017 Registration Document includes notably:

• the annual financial report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017;
• the Report of the chairman board of directors' on the corporate governance and the internal control and risk management procedures, as well as the statutory auditors' report thereon;
• information on the fees paid to the statutory auditors; 
• the report on corporate social responsibility (CSR), as well as the Independent Supervisory Body's Report thereon; and
• the description of the share buy-back program.

The French and English versions of the 2017 Registration Document are available on the SMCP's website (www.smcp.com), section "Regulated information" and on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).
