MO Supreme Court Orders Greitens' Mistress to Turn Over Phone

Updated:
JEFFERSON CITY, MO -

The Missouri Supreme Court says a woman who had an extramarital affair with Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens must turn over her cellphone for a forensic investigation.

Greitens is charged with invasion of privacy. He's  accused of taking a photo of the woman in a compromising position  without her consent.
On Friday ,her attorney tried to block an order that her phone be examined by a court appointed expert saying it was burdensome and  the order invaded her privacy.
Greitens denies any wrongdoing. The sexual encounter happened in Greitens' home in 2015 before he was elected.
