The Crusader Track Team stayed home last Friday, with several other schools coming to Wellington to compete there. Here are the results.
For the Women’s Javelin, Taylor Meyer finished first, Valerie Ast ninth, Alexis Patee fifteenth, Shayland French sixteenth, Emberly Gonzales thirty-seventh.
In the Men’s Javelin, Trayson Probst was eighth, Kenny Fehrman thirteenth, Peyton Smith sixteenth, Tyler Jimenez seventeenth, Nevin Gageby twenty-seventh, Isaac Hilt thirty-first, Kadin Heacock thirty-eighth, with Tristan Johnson, and Devin Dickinson also competing.
Cassandra Moody finished fourth in the Women’s Discus, followed by Taylor Meyer in tenth, Alexis Patee in thirteenth, Valerie Ast in twenty-seventh, Rilee Strange in thirty-second, with Brooke McCorkle also competing.
For the Men’s Discus, Kenny Fuhrman placed seventh, Trayson Probst tenth, Tyler Jimenez eleventh, Kenny Farley and Kyle Parsons tied for nineteenth, Tristan Johnson thirty-first, Nevin Gageby thirty-fifth, Peyton Smith thirty-seventh, with Devin Dickinson also competing.
Brooke McCorkle was third in the Women’s Shot Put, followed by Elise LeGrand fourth, Cassandra Moody ninth, Alexis Patee thirteenth, Valerie Ast fifteenth, Tori Washington twenty-first, Rilee Strange twenty-second, Emberly Gonzales twenty-third.
For the Men’s Shot Put, Trayson Probst was twelfth, Kenny Fehrman fifteenth, Tyler Jimenez sixteenth, Kyle Parsons nineteenth, Kenny Farley twentieth, Isaac Hilt twenty-fifth, Peyton Smith twenty-seventh, Nevin Gageby forty-first.
Taylor McGlothlin placed first in the Women’s Triple Jump, followed by Machaela Washington-Adkins in sixth.
Jacob Friesen placed eighth in the Men’s Triple Jump.

Tayshawn Washington placed sixth in the Men’s Long Jump, followed by Caleb Reichenberger in fifteenth, Tanner Meyer in nineteenth, Jacob Ewing in twenty-first, Gavin York in twenty-second, Toby Hennings in twenty-third, Jacob Friesen in twenty-fifth, Caleb Starnes in thirtieth.
Elise LeGrand was first in the Women’s Pole Vault.
In the Men’s Pole Vault, Nic Reyes finished third, followed by Eric Kop in fifth, Colin Green in ninth, with Caleb Starnes, Montana Heacock, and Jake Soria also competing.
Mariah Grable placed sixth in the Women’s High Jump.
For the Men’s High Jump, Jacob Friesen was eighth.
Wellington placed first in the Men’s 4 X 800m Relay.
