Police say they expect to arrest a man for DUI after he hit a gas meter, a tree, and rear-ended a TPD patrol car Saturday. 

Police say the driver, Terry Tow, was doing between 60-70 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone just before the crash near Easton and Gilcrease Museum road around 7 p.m.

Tow and his passenger were taken to the hospital in fair condition.

The officer in the patrol car was not injured.
