They moved down eight spots in the second round, 51st overall, and gained a fourth-round pick (117th overall).

The Pats originally collected that early second rounder for Jimmy Garoppolo in a deal with the San Francisco 49ers. The fourth-round pick fills a big gap for the Patriots as they entered Friday with two second rounders and then no picked until Round 5.
