Judge delays Stormy Daniels lawsuit, says Michael Cohen indictment is ‘likely’
A California judge put a 90-day hold on Stormy Daniels’ lawsuit against President Trump at the request of Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen. The nine-page ruling on Friday said an indictment for Cohen appears “likely.” NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell reports for TODAY from the White House.
