Thieves drove a car into the store before taking off with cigarettes and chocolate.
Thieves took off with cigarettes, lollies and chocolate during the early morning ram raid of a Te Awamutu dairy on Friday.
Calls came in reporting the break-in at the Puniu Rd dairy on the southern outskirts of the Waipa town at 5.21am.
A vehicle was driven through the shopfront.
Inside they stole cigarettes, chocolate and lollies before fleeing the scene.
The car was then found dumped on a street nearby.
Four boys, aged 13 to 15, are being interviewed by police after officers found the group at a nearby park.
