Electronic-signature technology company DocuSign Inc. jumped sharply in its market debut Friday, the latest technology firm to trade higher on its opening day.
DocuSign’s share price Friday afternoon valued it at about $6.04 billion. The company, founded in 2003, was valued at $3 billion in April 2015.
