Sisters Karisma and Kareena Kapoor kick back and relax together in new pic

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor’s latest picture is here to remind you of your childhood. Of those lazy post-school afternoons, spent on the couch with your siblings, watching cartoons on the telly.

The sisters decided to take a relaxed approach to their busy day on Friday and posed for a fun picture together. The photo, posted by Karisma on Instagram, has them with their feet on a table, reclined on the sofa, arms crossed over their heads and sunglasses on their eyes. “When ur sister and you are working in the same city on the same day! #gangstagirls #delhi,” she captioned the photo.

Kareena is seen in a sunny yellow kurta while Karisma is wearing her usual comfy T-shirt and jeans combo. They flew to Delhi from Mumbai for their respective projects and decided to meet up. Karisma also shared a selfie of them together from their flight. “Not without my Costa and Sista,” she wrote for the picture.

While Kareena is not on Instagram or any other form of social media, Karisma is usually fans’ best source for access to her family photos. The sisters were recently seen at their mother Babita’s birthday celebrations as well. Check out their pictures together:

Kareena will soon be seen in Veere Di Wedding with Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania. It releases on June 1 and will be her first film since 2016’s Ki and Ka. Kareena promised more films for her fans at the Veere Di Wedding trailer launch.

Kareena said: “Right now I want this movie to release. I wanted to be a part of (this film) and I am happy about it. I haven’t thought about what I’m going to do next. Let’s see, Taimur (son Taimur Ali Khan) is just 16 months old. So I want to spend more time with him. After the release of this film, I will take three months’ time to decide my next project. But I promise to do at least one or two films a year.”

Asked about the experience of shooting the film, Kareena said: “I got pregnant after signing the film, so I told Rhea (producer Rhea Kapoor) about it and that they need to take someone else. As a producer, she stood by me. She decided to change the character to be pregnant. But then I told them that I can’t do this. However, it was Rhea’s conviction that she said, ‘Let’s just wait for some time’.”
