Shilpi Kapoor joins American Express as director, marketing

American Express has recently appointed Shilpi Kapoor as director, marketing. Previously, Kapoor was heading marketing and communication at Groupe Renault. She is based in Gurugram.

In the past, Kapoor has been associated with Godfrey Phillips India (brand head), Bharti Airtel (head, marketing and communication), Coca-Cola Bottling Company (key accounts, manager) and UB Group (key accounts, marketing).

Kapoor completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Amity Business School in 2003.
