TULSA, Oklahoma -

The jury got its first look at physical evidence in the horrific case of a Broken Arrow teenager accused of murdering his family.

On Thursday, Testimony will continue in the Michael Bever trial.

Prosecutors ended Wednesday showing a 6-inch straight blade police say was found on Michael Bever when he was arrested.

"Today is just the beginning of a long process as you can imagine, working our way through a large crime scene," Tulsa County DA Steve Kunzweiler said.

Jurors got a first look at two of the knives investigators said were used in the stabbing deaths of Michael Bever's two parents and three of his siblings.

One crime scene detective said a 6-inch camo knife was found on Michael

"There's no way to overstate this case. You've got five people who were stabbed to death," Kunzweiler said.

The jury also saw two military-grade helmets, and part of a bulletproof vest found in the woods behind the Bever home, where the brothers were arrested.

Kunzweiler said the trial is moving along at a decent pace, but said there's still a lot more evidence to be shown.

"The jurors have already seen quite a bit of evidence that is involved with what you're talking about, and I expect there will be more evidence coming tomorrow," he said.

Micheal's attorney did not comment after court Wednesday.

Crime scene investigators will continue testifying on Thursday.
