
Saratoga Springs woman to chair CDTA board

Georgeanna M. Nugent, a Saratoga Springs resident who is business development manager at Consigli Construction NY LLC, has been elected chairwoman of the Capital District Transportation Authority board of directors. Nugent has represented Saratoga County on the board since May 2009.
Nugent succeeds David Stackrow, a 23-year board member representing Rensselaer County who served 13 of those years as chariman.
Michael J. Criscione, who represents Albany County, was elected vice chair, while Mark Schaeffer, who also represents Albany County, was elected secretary. Jayme B. Lahut, representing Schenectady County, will serve as board treasurer.
