Colombo (News1st) – Former Speaker and Former Minister Joseph Michael Perera has resigned from the UNP Working Committee.

State Minister Wasantha Senanayake said Joseph Michael Perera made a statement to the UNP Working Committee today and announced his resignation.

State Minister Senanayake noted that the Working Committee approved the appointments made by the UNP Political Council yesterday.
