After the ‘Ae Watan’ song, which left us with a patriotic feeling, the maker of Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal-starrer released the second song, ‘Dilbaro’. In the song, Alia aka Sehmat is getting hitched to Vicky aka Iqbal Syed, a Pakistani army officer. The song is sung by Harshdeep Kaur and has beautifully captured the bond of father and daughter. In the video, while Alia looks gorgeous as Kashmiri bride, Rajat Kapoor as her father leaves us teary-eyed who let his daughter go after marriage.
The music of the song has been composed by the trio of Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and Shankar Mahadevan has also crooned a few lines in the soulful number. The lyrics are penned by maestro Gulzar.

Talking about the movie, in ‘Raazi’ Alia will play the role of a Kashmiri girl who gets married to a Pakistani officer with an intention to get information and pass it off to Indian forces. In the film, Alia has different shades of daughter, wife and spy. The Meghna Gulzar directorial is a screen adaptation of Harinder Sikka’s novel Calling Sehmat and will hit the theatres on May 11.
