Thought Leadership Summits on June 21 kicks off an inaugural event, the Automotive CX Analytics & AI Summit, that runs back-to-back with its annual Automotive CX Summit June 19-20 in Marina Del Rey, CA.

The new conference comes by attendee request, says Jon Munzel, TLS’s founder and president.

“We launched the Auto CX Analytics & AI Summit based on feedback from delegates at the Automotive CX Summit,” he says. “Many executives in our audience were looking for a hands-on forum to share thought leadership on how to best utilize customer data.”

The challenges of utilizing analytics and artificial intelligence with CX data are significant and involve “optimizing customer experiences across all channels and media by leveraging data, analytics, and machine learning,” he adds.

The analytics and AI conference will focus on how data science can translate customer data into customer-experience strategies.

The new summit complements the 14th annual Automotive CX Summit in helping the industry inspire CX in assorted ways, Munzel says.

Attendees of the summit series include automaker executives, dealers finance providers and tier-one suppliers.

The agendas include:

  • Ryan Brazelton, Interbrand’s executive creative director, will discuss the future of retail, covering key automotive trends, brand ecosystems and opportunity to develop modern retail experiences.

Both conferences are at the Ritz-Carlton in Marina del Rey. For more information or to register click or call 609-216-6998.
