Oberoi Realty Q4 net up 40% on year at Rs 142.92 crore

MUMBAI: Realty developer Oberoi Realty has reported 40% on-year rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 142.92 crore for the quarter ended March. Total revenue for the quarter rose 17% to Rs 352.84 crore.

Total area booked during the quarter was 1.31 lakh sq ft worth Rs 263.32 crore against 1.35 lakh sq ft worth Rs 345.43 crore a year ago, the company said in a release.

The company has recorded 21% growth in consolidated net profit at Rs Rs 458.8 crore for the financial year 2017-18. Total revenue for the year rose 11% to Rs 1,292.01 crore.
