CM to hold department wise review meeting

The Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat would hold department wise review of implementation of public welfare schemes from May 1 to 11. The Secretary to CM, Radhika Jha informed that Additional Chief Secretaries (ACS), Principal Secretaries ( PS), Secretaries and Secretaries (in-charge) will prepare outcome based presentations on all the schemes of their respective departments would remain present these with nodal offices in these review meetings. To know the progress of the schemes on ground, the District level officers will also be connected through video conferencing in the meetings. The CM would chair the review meetings held at State secretariat at 11 am.

National Health Mission and ‘Ayushman Bharat’ schemes of the health department, sex ratio under women empowerment and child development would be reviewed on May 1. ‘Namame Gange’, ‘Swachchh Bharat Mission’ and ‘Govardhan’ scheme under drinking water and sanitation department will be discussed on May 2. The mission director (Swajal) will be the nodal officer of this meeting. The reconstruction of Kedarnath and Char Dham would be reviewed under tourism department on May 3, the additional secretary, Char Dham project would be nodal officer. The All weather road under PWD would  be reviewed on May 4. Similarly, ‘Deen Dayal Rural Electrification, Saubhagya’ scheme under power department would  be reviewed on May 7. ‘AMRUT’ scheme, smart city Dehradun and ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna’ under urban development department would be reviewed on May 8. The schemes like digital payment, ‘Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Beema Yojna’, ‘Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Beema Yojna’, ‘Atal Pension’ and ‘Mudra Yojana’ under finance department will be discussed on May 9
