Ronnie O'Sullivan is eyeing a sixth World Snooker Championship title

The World Snooker Championship is back at the Crucible with Ronnie O’Sullivan eyeing the title.

O’Sullivan navigated his way into the second round after a nervy clash with Stephen Maguire.

The five-time world champion faces stiff competition to win in Sheffield, with John Higgins and Ding Junhui going strong.

Mark Selby is already out, however, to give the rest of the field a major boost heading into the latter rounds.

Prize money at the Crucible is a staggering £425,000 for the winner this year.
