We recently sat down with Evgeny Chumazov, General management at N1.RU, a Russian online real estate site for buyers, sellers, renters and real estate professionals.
N1.RU operates in 16 regions throughout Russia, presenting offers from real estate agencies and private for sale ads without intermediaries.
When asked what new innovative products, methods or processes N1.RU has implemented, Chumazov stated that the company has focused on making information available on its platform more reliable, accurate and overall better than previously, as well as addressing fraud and allocation. Chumazov added that the company is also deep into data and implementation of machine learning.
