A driver is dead after a rollover accident on Highway 412 near 41st West Avenue.

Tulsa Police said the wreck happened when a van belonging to Ray Francisco's funeral home was transporting a body from a funeral home in Sand Springs to a crematory in Tulsa. They say the van left the roadway and struck the concrete abutment and rolled over. 

Reports say the body inside was thrown from the vehicle.

The driver was taken to the hospital in critical condition where he later died.
