Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

The Allahabad High Court today granted bail to Dr Kafeel Khan of Gorakhpur BRD Medical College. He was lodged in Gorakhpur jail in connection with the death of 63 children due to lack of oxygen at the hospital in August last year. Justice Yashwant Verma granted bail to Dr Kafeel while hearing his petition.



On 9th April, the Supreme Court had granted bail to Manish Bhandari, supplier of oxygen to the Medical College hospital. AIR Lucknow correspondent reports Dr Kafeel is among the nine accused in the children's death case at the hospital.
