Highland Heights plans fire hydrant flushings

The Highland Heights Fire Department announced it will conduct a semi-annual fire hydrant flushing, weather permitting, beginning April 30 and should finish by the end of June.

Signs will be posted one day prior in the area scheduled to be flushed, according to a news release. If the tap water becomes discolored, open the cold water and run water until it clears.
