Chandigarh(Narinder Jagga): Khalistani and ISIS has been trapping Punjabi immigrants especially students in Canada. Former President of Indian Overseas Congress and President of Indus Canada Foundation, Vikram JS Bajwa revealed that thousands of students have been going to abroad, but there is no such record with the Government of India or Punjab. He said that due to the shortage of jobs in Canada, the immigrants Punjabi are being hired by the ISIS runs Khalistani outfits, where six to eight month training is being given to youth as how to disturb the atmosphere in Punjab and in favour of Khalistan movement.Bajwa was here to interact with media in Chandigarh Press Club. He said that he was in favour settling youths in Punjab and therefore he with the help of Sports Minister of Punjab, Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi has formed Punjab World Sports Council to promote Kabaddi, Cricket, Hockey and Soccer in the Punjab and all the cost on promotion would be borne by the Council. Earlier numbers of development projects have been running by the NRIs in the State. He told that unskilled Punjabi youths, who have been visiting Canada for jobs, could not able to find jobs. Even numbers of immigrants have failed to pay the rent of their accommodation.
While taking benefits from such problem, Khalistani lobby has been indulging youth into traps. He told that he had raised the issue before the CM and DGP of Punjab. He also revealed that to stay more than visa time in Canada, the youth putting itself in the crime and criminal cases and as per rules, Canada Government cannot exit them till the completion of their cases even after the expiration of their visas. But the Indian Embassy in Canada has very little fund to help Indian migrants, therefore the unemployed immigrants youth is being attracted by the terrorists.
