Hubballi again on Tuesday, the last day of filing nominations.
As Mahesh Nalwad, Congress candidate at Hubballi-Dharwad Central constituency, Chandrashekhar Gokak, BJP candidate at Hubballi-Dharwad East and many other candidates filed their nominations, commoners faced a tough time to reach their destinations on time. Traffic was stuck for almost two hours.
