A traffic stop in Wagoner County leads to a drug bust.

Wagoner County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Monday night.  During the stop, a K9 was walked around the vehicle.

Deputies say they observed the K9 alert to the odor of narcotics.  A jar was found in the vehicle containing a liquid with a slight yellow tint.  A field test of the liquid was positive for methamphetamine.

In addition to the meth, Schedule III pills were also recovered.

Kevin Middaugh was placed into custody on multiple charges, including maintaining a vehicle where drugs are kept and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Middaugh was booked into the Wagoner County Detention Center.
