New Delhi : The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday attached properties worth Rs 1,122 crore of Diamond Power Infrastructure in Vadodara (DPIL) under Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in a bank fraud case.
The ED also attached properties belong to DPIL founder Suresh Narain Bhatnagar and his sons Amit Bhatnagar and Sumit Bhatnagar involved in the connecting case.
On April 18, the directors of DPIL, Amit and Sumit were presented before a special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in regards to the same.
