CATOOSA, Oklahoma -
Today is the 25th anniversary of the deadly tornadoes which struck Catoosa, just east of Tulsa.
The storms hit late in the afternoon on April 24th, 1993. Seven people were killed as a result of two tornadoes that were on the ground at the same time.
The storms hit I-44 and four of those killed were all members of the same family from Chicago, who were simply just passing through Tulsa at the time.
Several hundred people were hurt with 94 of them going to the hospital.
