A cold front will continue to push through the region today, slowly increasing clouds and bringing a slight chance of rain showers by the afternoon. Temperatures will range from the low 60s in central Wisconsin to upper 50s in the Northwoods.
Any lingering showers will end tonight, and skies will gradually clear. Lows will be in the low 30s. Sunshine will return tomorrow, and temperatures will be slightly cooler. Highs by tomorrow afternoon will be in the mid 50s.
Another weak front will pass through the state on Thursday, bringing a chance for light rain. Some snowflakes could mix in with the rain across the Northwoods late Thursday into early Friday. High pressure will build back in on Friday, giving us more sunshine that will last into the weekend. There are indications that the warmest weather of the year so far will arrive by Monday, with temperatures climbing into the low 70s.
