Last season's finale left us in a serious bind with the cliffiest of cliffhangers. After suffering some seriously troubling symptoms like memory loss and hallucinations, Sherlock decided it was time to let medicine do the digging for once. In the final shot of the episode, after Sherlock is wheeled into an MRI, a scan of his brain pops up on a screen and... we have no idea what it actually means. We're not medical professionals, okay? How the heck are we supposed to properly read an MRI?!
