Officials celebrate upgrades to water reclamation facility
The Volusia County Council, St. Johns River Water Management District and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will hold a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the completion of upgrades to the Southwest Regional Water Reclamation Facility 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 800 DeBary Plantation Blvd., DeBary.
