Man stabbed to death at Macleay Island, woman taken into custody

Police are investigating the stabbing death of a man at Macleay Island on Brisbane's Bayside.
Officers were called to a house on High Central Road about 12:00pm after reports of a man being stabbed.
Upon arrival, police found a man dead at the property.
A woman was taken into custody.
The man and woman were known to each other, the ABC understands.
A crime scene has been declared, and specialist officers are due to arrive on the island this afternoon.
