Hush, 64, was taken into custody today, April 23, and transported to the Franklin County Jail without incident, the release said.

A Franklin County grand jury April 16 indicted Hush on 36 counts of theft and one count of engaging in corrupt activity, according to a release from the city of Dublin.

Hush was the owner of the Jewelry Refinery, which was at 12 E. Bridge St. but closed in 2016.
