Mike Myers, other stars react to Verne Troyer's death
Stars and fans mourned actor Verne Troyer, who died on Saturday at age 49.
In a statement, the actor was described as an "extremely caring individual" who wanted to make everybody "smile, be happy and laugh".
Reaction on social media and elsewhere echoed those sentiments.
Mike Myers, who starred with Troyer in the Austin Power films, remembered Troyer as a "beacon of positivity".

According to The Hollywood Reporter and EW, Myers' statement said:
"Verne was the consummate professional and a beacon of positivity for those of us who had the honour of working with him. It is a sad day, but I hope he is in a better place. He will be greatly missed."

Marlee Matlin recalled Troyer's charitable side.
