James Iver Kolsto, 86, died Friday, April 20, 2018. Funeral services were held April 23 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. A private burial of cremains will take place at a later date in the IOOF Cemetery, Indianola.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley; children, Kelley (Dave) Weihs, Kindra (Norm) Olson and Kerri (Ben) Clark; and a sister, J'Andrea Gibney.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Alma; and a brother, Jack.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa, 1441 Pleasant St., Des Moines, IA 50314.
