Mahindra Electric ties up with Meru for e-vehicle project

Electric, part of the diversified USD 19 billion Group and Meru, company, today announced a collaboration for a pilot Electric Vehicle project here.

According to a press release issued by the auto maker, the pilot project will see deploy a fleet of eVeritos, the all-electric sedan by and the model will be replicated in other cities soon.

The eVerito will be available for booking in through Meru's mobile apps, website and will also be available at the Zone at airport.

The services will be available at the same fare as governed by the Telangana government's radio taxi fares for sedans, the release said.
