Man shot in Garland, police say

GARLAND (NEWS CENTER Maine) -- A man was shot in Garland Thursday night, police confirm.

Cruisers were seen responding to Dexter Road. Police say he was transported to Eastern Maine Medical Center to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. No information was given on suspects, but police say there is no threat to the public.
